BetOnUSA's poker service was taken down for an undetermined period of time. Below is a copy of my online chat with a BetOnUSA support representative in regards to that down time. Some background...BetOnUSA provides poker and sportsbook services and they did not provide its clients with advance notice prior to taking it down. While I was speaking to the rep, I thought I would clue him in to all the tools on BetOnUSA

Mark Hill: Unfortunately poker transfers are currently unavailable as we upgrade our poker product forthe future. We regret any inconvenience caused and would like assure you that we're working to getthis resolved as soon as possible.While we work on our new and improved poker room, try our other poker casino products -Three CardPoker and Bermuda Poker.
Ocud: So is poker coming back? And if so, are you getting rid of all the tools that were onyour service?

Ocud: I would rather not have to pester you every other day to get information on when thenew upgraded poker service will be released
Mark Hill: I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Ocud: At the minimum can you address my question regarding the abundance of tools thatwere on your poker service?
Mark Hill: We are looking into it and will improve the service offered on the poker room
Mark Hill: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Ocud: Early on I was able to put away all these tools in my toolchest but as the service gotpopular and the clientele grew, it become an insurmountable task and now I need BetONUSA's help
Mark Hill: please bear with me for a moment while I look into this...
Mark Hill: As it is a new poker service we have no idea what will be on it
Ocud: In that case, I will check on the status of this on Wednesday. I expect to have somespecific information and dates by the end of this week regarding the new service release and my otherconcern.
